An afternoon session consists of the same weekday afternoon throughout the term. Parents can choose as many or as few afternoon sessions as they wish. Lunch is included within the afternoon session fee.
The termly fee covers all normal activities within the school day, and includes:
- For boarders, all meals and snacks
- For day pupils, daily morning snack, choice of cooked lunch, salad, or vegetarian option, and afternoon refreshments
- Supervision before school from 8.00am
- All class tuition, text books, exercise books, basic stationery and equipment
- All sports, sporting equipment and travel to school matches within the UK

A monthly direct debit scheme for payment of fees can be set up. Please contact the Bursar.
Eagle House School participates in the Government Early Education Scheme, offering 15 hours Free Entitlement per week which is applied between 8.00am and 11.00am daily. No charge is made to parents for these hours. These fees above represent charges for the balance of hours. The Early Education Scheme is available from the term after a child's 3rd birthday for the time that they are in the Nursery.

General Fee Information
No remission of fees can be made on account of absence. Fees are reviewed annually in June by the Governing Body of the School.
Flexi-Boarding Fees
Day pupils may book a place in the flexi-boarding house on either a termly or nightly basis. The night rate is £60, including tea and breakfast. We can provide the termly rate on request. All bookings should be made with Reception.

Additional Tuition
Additional help from our SEN Department team is available at a rate of £25 per half hour for English Plus (one to one) or £7.50 per half hour for Maths Plus (shared).
