School Policies

Eagle House School has a range of policies and procedures in place to ensure the safety and happiness of all of pupils, staff and wider community.

Policies

Eagle House fully recognises the responsibility it has under section 157 of the Education Act 2002 to have arrangements in place to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.

The school’s Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy is for all employees, peripatetic, contract and self-employed staff and volunteers. Our policy and procedures apply to boarders, day-children and children attending Hideout (after hours and holiday facilities) and they have been drawn up following the guidance on Keeping Children Safe in Education and DfE Working Together to Safeguard Children and in compliance with the National Minimum Standards for boarding section 11.

For further details or to express concerns about the school’s Safeguarding of pupils please contact the Designated Safeguarding Lead or the Head.
