The netball season is now over for the U8 teams. Well done to everyone, it has been a steep learning curve over the two terms and all the girls have made significant progress.U8 A Team - Played 6 Won 5 Lost 1 Drew 0U8 B Team - Played 5 Won 1 Lost 2 Drew 2Wednesday 14th March - U8A Netball v Lambrook Haileybury Won 13-0Another great game for the A team. The goals were shot by Clare, Caitlyn, Chloe and Pippa and Sydney movement and passing kept the game flowing. Well done again girls! U8B Netball v Lambrook Haileybury Lost 9-0A difficult match for the B team, but the girls showed improvement each quarter. Once the girls' shooting improves the scorelines will be very different. A good effort from everyone.
Wednesday 7th March U8A Netball v Hawley Place Won 9-0The girls had a fantastic game and scored lots of goals. They rotated round all the positions and are showing improvement each week. U8B Netball v Hawley Place Drew 0-0The girls came up against a very tall opposition which made passing difficult, they defended well and managed to get a draw. Clare was named player of the match again and went on to play for the A team as well.
Wednesday 21st February - U8A Netball v Daneshill Won 6-2It was a very fast and exciting match and all the girls played very well. The speed and accuracy of the passing was excellent and demonstrates how much the team has improved. U8B Netball v Daneshill Drew 1-1The girls worked hard for their draw and had many chances to score more goals. Lucy finally scored the only goal for Eagle House in the last few minutes. Clare was named player of the match and went on to playfor the A team as well.
Wednesday 7th February - U8A Netball v Hoe Bridge Lost 10-5U8B Netball v Hoe Bridge Lost 13-0The girls in both teams came up against a very stiff opposition. The A team were drawing 5 all until the last quarter, with Pippa and Caitlyn woking hard for the team. The B team played very well and all the girls will benefit from the experience.
Wednesday 31st January - U8A Netball v The Oratory Won 5-0All the girls played extremely well and rotated round all the positions. Caitlyn scored some fantastic goals and Pippa was named player of the match. U8B Netball v The Oratory Won 1-0The team worked very hard for their win and should be encouraged by the improvement they have all made.
Wednesday 6th December - U8 Netball v Hall Grove Won 4-0The two teams were very evenly matched and all the girls played very well. Pippa, Caitlyn and Chloe scored the goals.
